We were there for two nights in June with my 4 adult kids. I found the location to be excellent. Easy walk to town and the ocean. The house was super interesting as it had lots different spaces. A large living room and a second living room, a master suite upstairs, a main floor bedroom and two bedrooms on the basement level. We didn't cook, but the kitchen was very nice and appeared well-stocked from what I saw. It was the one room that looked recently renovated. There was random stuff in many cabinets and drawers that need to be better organized or cleaned out. Other than that, my family really enjoyed staying there.
