1) Excellent host and very responsive. Good communication
2) Found free street parking in front of the apartment during my entire stay
3) Spacious apartment located at ground level. Comfortable beds
4) Laundry price and machines were the best I used during my entire Canada trip (located in the basement of the apartment block)
5) Conveniently located in Snowdon area close to metro lines and eateries and amenities
1) The pictures does not match the apartment so it is misleading and deceptive. The apartment itself is not bad. Need to provide accurate pictures
2) Toilet seat was broken but was usable. Host was willing to have it fixed asap but was not necessary for me.
3) The apartment has paint patch ups on most of the walls. Requires is decent coat of paint.
4) The apartment was not clean enough for my expectations. Marks on doors and dust on bench-tops. Carpet was dirty.
5) The rooms are facing a busy street so if you are used to a quite room with no vehicle sounds then this is not ideal
6) Bathroom can do with a new shower curtain and requires better cleaning
This apartment has a lot of potential and easy to improve for a 10/10 rating

It takes us a bit more time to find the parking. Other than this, it is almost perfect for the stay

Nothing, will only work for a two people
A lot. It was too small, advertised picture was deceptive, just one toilet for a two bedroom for a family of four, rooms were tiny no parking, we had to park over 15 mins away with a paid service. Would have stayed in a hotel chain instead

The location was great with respect to the metro - less than a 5 min walk. Very quiet inside the building.
There is a lot of traffic starting at 3 am every night which was loud enough to wake us. It is long past time to replace the mattresses. They are thin and sag quite a bit in the middle.
