Personnel accueillant et professionnel (nous avons été surclassés)
Environnement de première classe, calme et très propre.
Parking idéal.
Chambre très confortable et très propre. Serviettes de toilettes épaisses. Equipement de premier ordre.
Petit déjeuner très complet, offrant beaucoup de choix sucrés et salés.
Hôtel très qualitatif.
Je ne suis pas en possession de ma facture.
Le réglage de l'arrêt de certaines portes coupe-feu qui fait qu'elles claquent en fin de fermeture

Prachtig modern nieuw golfhotel. Zeer comfortabele kamer met mooi uitzicht over de golfbaan.
Ook met hond prima vertoeven. Hond mag mee de baan in en er is ook leuke wandelfaciliteit. Hier krijg je ook echt eens iets voor je hondentarief: kussen, eet-en drinkbak…..
De liften werkten ook supersnel!
Faciliteit van golfclubhuis was prima voor de borrel.
Wij komen hier zeker terug!
Aanbod bij ontbijtbuffet was niet erg groot of afwisselend en daardoor aan de prijzige kant.
Inchecken is wat onpersoonlijk mede doordat het personeel zit en nauwelijks zichtbaar is.
Uurtje zwembad kost €30,00…. Meldt dan niet dat je een zwembad hebt….
Bediening in restaurant tijdens drukke avond is chaotisch, zat totaal geen systeem in en duurt daarom allemaal te lang. Geen persoonlijke bediening en ze wisten niet voor wie wat was….
Eten is aan de prijs maar door wat kleinere porties zou de prijs wat beter kunnen. Nu wordt er vast veel weggegooid…..

The property itself is wonderful - in a beautiful location and the quality of the building, fittings and furnishings are fantastic. It's brand new so has all the mod cons and is pristine. The room was also spotlessly clean. The car park is excellent - lots of spaces
The service needs much work (and I see this also in a number of other reviews). More specifically:
- check in - we asked for two twin rooms. I even called a week before to double check and it was confirmed. Upon arrival we had doubles. They said they could "luckily" correct the rooms. They then moved one of the rooms to another double so had to be corrected again. And we no longer had two rooms together (on different floors)… It is worth pointing out that the lady at check in was very nice and very professional.
- dinner - it's not a cheap restaurant so l'd expect good food. The food wasn't good value. My beef was supposed to be medium rare. It was cooked well beyond well-done. Ok mistakes happen so I told the waiter politely. He looked at the steak and said no it's fine it is a medium rare as far as he is concerned! After having to insist I finally got a medium rare replacement which was beautifully cooked. We ordered a bottle of wine. The glass has a very obvious lipstick mark that we had to point out (once we managed to get hold of the waiter which wasn't easy).
- the bill - after dinner we were given the wrong bill SIX (yes six!) times. It was getting tedious having to reject bill after bill!
- breakfast - was not good... admittedly we got there 25 mins before it finished but there was very little left and what was there looked awful. (See pic of "scrambled eggs"). I asked for salt and pepper and the waitress just pointed at another table indicating I should do and get it.
Please sort these things out as the place itself is lovely.
