It was all about Drazenka & Giannina, if you want world class care, this is the place. The apartment was a great location. Very modern & extremely clean, but these hosts were the best we’ve had….. and made everything easier! Very attentive to all our needs. If you want personalized care, book Antico Casin.

The location is unbeatable! You’re just a few steps from Piazza San Marco and only about 3 minutes from the ferry stop. The host is incredibly friendly, helpful, and polite.
The room was excellent — very clean, surprisingly spacious for Venice, with air conditioning, a large private bathroom with toiletries, a TV, coffee machine, and mini fridge. The bed is also big and very comfortable — even my husband, who is 2 metres tall, slept perfectly.
Another big plus is the online check-in, which saves a lot of time. Your keys are ready for you at reception when you arrive. The host knew approximately what time we would be arriving and even checked in with us shortly beforehand to see how our journey was going. We were also given clear instructions and photos showing exactly how to find the property.
Honestly, what more can I say? You won’t regret staying here!
P.S. This wasn’t my first visit to Venice, so I do have some basis for comparison — and I would happily stay here again.
The only small downside for me was that the pillows were quite thin, but using two solved the problem perfectly. Check-out is at 10:30 a.m. Still, if I come back to Venice, I’ll definitely stay here again.

Incredible but quiet location, conveniently situated close to the designer shops end of St Marc’s Square. The service was attentive, there were fresh water, coffee, towels and bed making every day. Although compact, it had everything I needed for a good stay. The outdoor terrace was also a bonus.
Nothing of significance - there was no lift or full length mirror in the room but would still stay again.
