The location is excellent, just a 2-3 minute walk from Piazza San Marco. The property is well maintained, clean, and cozy. Communication with the staff was easy and efficient throughout our stay.
The room was slightly smaller than we had anticipated, and the bathroom's sliding door was not the most practical feature when travelling with a toddler. Nevertheless, the accommodation was comfortable and met our needs overall.

fantastic location. We were welcomed in and our room was ready early which really helped. Room was perfect for a family of four. We would go back.

The location was very close to San Marcos Square
The AC didn’t work in one of the rooms and the staff would not get the management or repair maintenance to fix it. She was very rude about it. The safe in one room did not work and they refused to put a battery in it. They yelled at us twice about the door that we had to lock and it seemed it was a very old door with an old brass key. she started screaming at us and I had to scream back at her to stop yelling at us. I would never stay here again and I never had anyone ever treat me like that at a hotel. The staff is only there from 9:30 in the morning till 5 PM so if you have any needs or an emergency with the hotel, you’re out of luck.
