Świetna lokalizacja, tuż za rogiem przystanek Aerobusu na lotnisko oraz Aldi. Metro również w odległości krótkiego spaceru.
Mieszkanie spore, idealne dla 6 osób, również 2 lazienki były sporym plusem.
Bezproblemowe otwieranie wirtualnym kluczem, dobry kontakt z obiektem. Klimatyzacja działała bez zarzutu.
Mieszkanie ma już swoje lata, przydałoby się odświeżenie we wszystkich pomieszczeniach. Brak czajnika na wyposażeniu, co generowało sporo dodatkowego czasu na gotowanie wody w garnku.
Dodatkowo w nocy jest dość głośno, bardzo słaba akustyka, słychać zarówno ulicę jak i hałasy z innych mieszkań.
Mieszkanie jako baza wypadowa i miejsce do spania OK.
Hałas z innych mieszkan i ulicy, brak czajnika, nieszczelne drzwi balkonowe, mieszkanie mocno podstarzałe.

The property was nice big and comfortable. The elevator was a life saver as we had lots of luggage. Two bathrooms were really nice and the wash machine was also a good bonus. The property was around lots of stores and businesses. It was a little tricky walking to the metro or bus. We ended up taking a cab. The cab took us to Saga Family church and Park Güella each trip was about 15.00.
The entry to the property was a little tricky. Not being from Spain the floor was Principle wasn’t sure what that meant but after reviewing the buttons you put two and two together.
If you want to go to the Tourist spots you will want to use a taxi, bus or metro. There are several choices.

De locatie is heel goed. Dichtbij metro Urgell en metro San Antoni. Supermarkten, bakkerij en slager, restaurants, wassalon zeer dichtbij. De kamers bevinden zich op het eerste verdiep, bereikbaar via trap of lift.
Inchecken en toegang tot het appartement gaat vlot via code en "sleutel" op de smartphone.
De kamers zijn voldoende ruim. Voldoende opbergruimte. Twee badkamers waarvan 1 met douche, de andere met douche in bad.
De airco deed het goed. Net zoals de wifi. Douches werken goed. Er is een wasmachine aanwezig.
De kamers zijn niet proper gepoetst. Bij aankomst hadden wij mieren (we begrijpen dat dit kan gebeuren, maar ze werden aangetrokken door etensresten die niet verwijderd waren van de vorige bezoekers). De kookpotten waren niet proper (één kookpot was nog zwart aangebrand). Heel wat apparatuur werkte niet: de oven was stuk, de vaatwas werkte niet/onvoldoende, de koelkast kon onze drank en voedsel niet koelen (diepvries deed het wel), het droogrek was stuk en enkel bruikbaar als je het zelf liet ondersteunen met stoelen. De douches op zich werkten heel goed (goed stromend en warm water), maar de douchecabine was gedeeltelijk stuk waardoor ze niet goed sluit. 1 van de bedden stond niet vast omdat een poot stuk was.
Mits een betere opvolging qua hygiëne en onderhoud, zou dit een heel leuke verblijfplaats kunnen zijn.
