The room was lovely, big, comfortable and lovely bathroom. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was nice and stayed open until later which was lovely.
The location was great too. Very easy to walk to things.

This hotel was everything I wanted and more! The check in process was seamless and before I even noticed my baga were already taken to my room. I was complimentary upgraded to a bigger room since I made a request for strong wifi and running hot water. The room was spacious, cold, I had 5G speed to have my zoom calls and the bathtub was an extra luxury I did not expect. The breakfast was abundant with both indian and western options. Weekend time there is a big buffet and weekdays is a la cart. The staff is beyond kind and did everything to make my stay relaxing. They prepared a nice car to take me to the airport. The only problem was my stay was too short! Loved this place and highly recommend it to people wanting to be close to Old Town but far enough that is calm and quiet. Also the room had sea view and boats - loved to see this so up close!

The spacious room and the staff. The manager Abhilash is extremely hands on and helpful. Atal from the reception and Nitin from the restaurant are also welcoming.
The quality and selection of food. The menu items were limited. There was a distinct lack of seasoning in most of the food. The chicken dishes were consistently overcooked. The only fish that was offered was mahi-mahi. The chef did prepare seer fish specially for us but the fish was frozen. On the positive side Abhilash invited us to a buffet which was on the house. The buffet had an excellent chicken and vegetable soup and Irish stew.
Besides the food, the charges seemed inflated when compared to the services and food that were available.
