Clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff, and a convenient location. The check-in process was smooth, and the stay was comfortable
No major issues. A few amenities could be improved, but overall it was a pleasant experience.

It was close to restaurants, the Bienale event, other tourist sites
We booked and paid for a suite that advertised a microwave and refrigerator. Neither was available. There was a kitchen with no appliances so it felt like false advertising. We were also told by staff that what we had was an apartment and not a suite but even our receipt labeled our room as a suite. We felt kind of cheated.
