The room was spacious and well lit, bed was comfortable, water in the shower was great.
Communication was always online but very efficient.
The instructions for check in were very clear and easy to follow. Other online queries were answered immediately and come up with solutions for everything.
Keyless entry to the building and apartment using a numerical code was sent on check in day which made the entrance secure.
Railway station just outside the building which was very convenient.
In early Sept it was very hot with no airconditioning. There was a fan in the room but this was just to recirculate the same air within the room since we couldn't open any window because the railway station was just outside and the noise was intolerable especially at night. Ear plugs were available but not accustomed to wearing them and could not stand them with all the heat anyways.
The shower needs a small upgrade - one of the shower cubicle doors was missing and a piece of shower curtain was put instead.
2 face towels and 2 body towels for 2 persons for 5 days is not enough. This needs to be increased to at least 2 sets per person for a period of 4-5 days.
Cleaning services come at an extra fee.
Check out at 11am. Post check out luggage storage not available at the premises.

The room was serviceable and filled all minimum expectations. Good accessibility to stores and train stops for further travel around Berlin.
It mainly has one major flaw: The hotel is located right next to a train station, which is very noisy. The room was also very stuffy and got warm even when the weather outside was chilly. It made it difficult to sleep in.
While the room was decently cleaned, it was worn and had damage to floor and wall.
