The experience was absolutely excellent, just like my previous visit. My in-laws were traveling with me this time, and your amazing service truly made me look great in front of them! I am deeply grateful for your help in securing two nearby rooms with a street view. You exceeded our expectations!
While we loved the stay, there were two areas that need attention. First, the floor in my room was not completely clean upon arrival. Second, and more importantly, after our first night, we noticed that the back door of the building was propped open with a trash can. Someone was smoking just outside, and it was definitely not regular tobacco smoke based on the distinct smell. Since we had children with us, this was both a safety and a health concern. We waited until we returned in the evening and closed it ourselves. I highly recommend checking on these matters for guest security.

Convenient location very close to S trains; easy automatic check-in/check-out. New building with a nice coffee machine. Large windows with lots of light.
The flat is 10 mt from the train station. The trains run every 5 min, almost all night long - they offer free earplugs but if you are sensitive to noise, this is not for you. The window could not close properly, leading to more noise coming through. The location, although convenient, is a bit run-down. The cost is ok but I know of colleagues who found hotel accomodations at similar prices.
