Als ich angekommen bin und die Toilette benutzen wollte, musste ich diese erstmal komplett reinigen. Die Toilette war überhaupt nicht geputzt und die Person zuvor hat einfach nicht abgespült. Ich musste wirklich den angetrockneten Kot einer anderen Person wegschrubben. Das war wirklich so unfassbar eklig. Die Rezeption war zu den Zeitpunkt schon nicht mehr besetzt, sonst hätte ich mich dort direkt beschwert. Sowas habe ich wirklich noch nie erlebt. Absolut ekelhaft - Reinigung einfach komplett vergessen
Der Mann an der Rezeption konnte fast kein Englisch. Das fand ich etwas mühsam. Die Öffnungszeiten der Rezeption waren auch irgendwie nicht ganz klar und am Ende hätte es extra gekostet, wenn wir unser Gepäck dort noch lagern lassen würden für ein paar Stunden bis unser Flug geht. Das hatte mich geärgert und ich fand nicht, dass das für guten Service gesprochen hat.
