Très propre, tout ce dont nous avions besoin à disposition (poêle, casserole, frigo, serviettes).
Lit très grand et salle de bain également très grande !
Logement bien situé proche de plusieurs points importants de Naples.
Table assez petite qui peut être un inconvénient pour manger.
Attention à l’heure d’arrivée car nous avons dû payer un supplément d’arrivée tardive dont nous avons pris connaissance après la réservation. Il n’y a en effet pas d’arrivée autonome c’est donc un point à noter pour ne pas être surpris.

Antonietta, la propietaria, fue súper amable. Nos mostró lugares para comer, para visitar y fue un trato super cercano. La ubicación está cerca de la calle principal pero tampoco es el mejor barrio. Para el precio está bien. El alojamiento tenía de todo
Lo único malo fue que por la noche, en el piso de arriba había mucho ruido, gente gritando y niñas corriendo de un lado a otro. Tuvimos que subir a pedir un poco de silencio porque temblaba todo.

The location of the flat is close to the station and the old town. This was the reason we picked it the place.
Little did we know when picking the location that there will be loads of homeless people gathering close to the building. It was very uncomfortable to come back home in the evening through a crowd of drunk/stones people. We were scared.
Also, at the same evening, someone buzzed our flat door at 23:00. We literately thought that someone followed us. Yet, apparently it was the owner of the flat as we accidentally forgot to turn on a light we did not existed. Most likely, the camera above the entrance door is not for the strangers but for the visitors to watch.
We also had an unpleasant conversation with the owner of the flat who does not speak English. Although we managed to sort the question about bills, she was not very understanding, very quickly turned from helpful to demanding and even threatened to report us to booking.
It is worth mentioning that there are extra costs for using air conditioning. Each day the flat charges 5 Eur. Although that is listed somewhere in the add, and we agreed to pay it, it was still strange for us to see this as an extra in Italy in the middle of summer.
The flat had a kitchenette but the pot was very old and burt. I would not recommend staying there.
