The staff couldn’t do any more for us if they tried. They were always making sure we had everything we needed and responded to any questions instantly. The pool was also very nice and well kept. Having the lights in the pool made it very appealing at night.
We did not always have hot water which with the temperatures outside being so hot wasn’t always an issue.

Sadly we are not amazed by this “resort”. But what we can say is that the owner is friendly and the room was clean.
There were a lot of points we disliked, for starters no working Wifi. No reception for check-in / check-out. (If you are in luck the owner is there other wise you have to communicate with his non-english speaking guard). There was no food/room service available at the property even though it is located outside the city center and called a “resort”.
Some smaller points would be no hot shower water, no kettle for making coffee or tea in the room. There was a TV but it had no signal. When we informed about laundry it would take 2 days therefore being past our checkout date and there was no refill station for drinking water.
All together we were just a little bit disappointed. But then checkout did not go smoothly either, since there is no reception the guard would collect the money, but there was no receipt, no communication just the word “money”…
