The personnel was really Sweet, they changed our Room because my cousin was scared about a little lizard ! They took care about our lugagages!

Przepiękny basen, śliczny ogród i całkiem dobra lokalizacja. Tuk tukiem można dostać się wszędzie a aplikacja Pick me działa bez zarzutów.
Śniadania bardzo biedne jak na taki hotel, obsługa nie za bardzo się Tobą interesuje. Pytają się na śniadaniu co do picia kawa? Herbata? A na końcu dostajesz rachunek. Pierwszy raz się tutaj z czymś takim spotkaliśmy. Klimatyzacja zalewała nam pokój, gdybyśmy sami nie poszli po worek na śmieci to nikt by się nie zainteresował czy nie potrzebujemy aby ktoś przyszedł posprzątać. Spędziliśmy w tym hotelu 5 dni.

The location was good as it is very close to the beaches and also the Fort Area close by, the hotel had a really nice pool and sunbed along with it. The breakfast on both the days were really good and they provided some other hot food on request as well
The room didn't have a phone to contact the reception, they gave us a whatsapp number to contact the staff, no blankets in the room, they gave a thin bedsheet which they say as blanket, no dustbin and handwash in the bathroom but they provided after repeatedly asking for it. Also we asked earlier before reaching how to make payment and was told they accept payment in USD and returned me in LKR

Schöne Anlage und Pool
Service war nett aber sehr langsam und es war schwer zu kommunizieren. Gym war sehr dreckig
