The view was amazing (harbor view). The actual room was a bit dated. The carpet had a big wrinkle down the center, and there weren’t enough outlets for 2 cpaps.
The roof deck pool was phenomenal as was the hot tub. Parking was convenient, but a little spendy. Location is great. Staff were very professional and polite.

The location was amazing. We walked along the ocean with a great view of the mountains every morning. It was in front of the cruise stop so there was an influx of arrivals here and there but it was still very calm. The cleaning staff was excellent, they were always very friendly and attentive. My only complaint was about the restaurant, the Arc. They messed up our order 3 times in one meal and the buffet was very limited for the price. The food was only a average.Otherwise, a great hotel. Their fitness and pool area were nice and the view to the city from the room was great.

I asked for an early check in and was accommodated at 0830.
This is always a nice place to stay as you would expect at almost $800CDN/day.
