Location is just perfect. 2 minutes walk and you are at the main station which takes you to the airport. 5 minutes walk and you are at the waterfront
staff are exteremely helpful, all of them. i am not good with names but 2 were really great: the one who was there at 7:30 AM on 12th Sep who gave me a very useful advice on my capilano trip, and Carlos, the one who was there around 3 pm same day
Cleanniness. I notice a mouse running in the kitchen
Also, I chose the lower bed in the bunk bed, assuming to be more comfortable (which ut was), except when the other guest is climbing up and down, I was awaken multiple times in a single nigh

Rigtig fine bade faciliteter og beliggenheden er helt perfekt. Godt sted at være en dag eller to hvis du skal lade op før eller efter din rejse.
Det ligger i den høje ende prismæssigt ift. hvad du får. Sengen er egentlig fin, men der er god larm fra hovedgaden og ikke mulighed for ventilation. Men det er et rigtig fint hostel ift. andre steder. Hvis prisen var billigere og der var mulighed for at få mad. Vil det score højere.

It was a short notice for our Anniversary to get up and go thank goodness the cambie had a room for us during the Fefa games we sure enjoyed ourselves we love to keep coming back ❤️ 😀

Great location. Friendly staff. Lots of amenities. Bed was decently comfortable. I particularly liked having the option for a 2 person room.
She’s… tired. Like, very tired. Beds and linens were clean but the building in general is not in great repair. Shower and toilet area were fine. Would be nice to have outlets available in the washrooms so as not to disturb others in bedroom areas when getting ready.
Would appreciate outlets by the bunks.
Like I said the beds were fine but otherwise everything else seems to be forgotten about. Cobwebs and dust etc. It’s a hostel in an old building. It’s not the ritz. I’m not trying to compare apples with oranges but it was years of chipped paint, scuffs, grime, general neglect etc. Just didn’t give the impression that cleanliness is taken seriously as a whole. Probably wouldn’t stay again. No shade to the lovely staff. You can only work with what you got.
