The location of the property is great.
Was supposed to get cleaning every second day and then they arrived Monday to clean the room but I was working and asked to get cleaning Tuesday and Thursday and they offered to take the garbage and change towels on Monday and then I never heard from the cleaning staff again.

Close to downtown location
Fridge in room was set to "frozen" which was not good for my supplies of Insulin

Location was perfect. It was comfortable quiet and clean.
Tried to get a drink out of the vending machine - didn't work. The refrigerator was barely cold and we couldn't turn it up. We had medication that needed to be refrigerated.

Not much.
The house keeper was not clean.
See a mouse run across the floor in restaurant.
The area was run down by street people.
Fire alarm went off at 2am. People standing in the street till 3am. Some in their PJs.
