Probably the best (free) breakfast I had in an hostel. Selection of bread and bagels, lots of healthy options (tomatoes, cucumber, grapes, etc). Free tea and coffee.
Bathroom and showers are clean and the staff was very nice.
The common area is spacious with great music!
The bunkbeds are quite confortable and bedsheets and mattress were in very good state.
There are also some activities you can sign-up. I couldn't participate myself but it gives good ideas of what to explore.
The neighborhood is a bit dodgy.

Very noisy through the window- but this is completely to be expected on Granville Street! They do supply ear plugs but maybe bring your own for a better fit.

Free breakfast is good.
Mixed coed in a small bedroom. With bunkbeds and 8 people inside. Not good for people with disability or older age. You need to use several steps of stairs before reaching the 1st floor. My reservation is for 3 days. And no refund policy.
