super helpful and friendly restaurant, bar and front desk staff. Overall the staff made our stay excellent.
The rooms need a some updating. A bit expensive for the quality of the hotel.

Staff was friendly and helpful.
Room was clean and tidy-oddly arranged-refrigerator right next to the entrance and blocking ability to exit one of the two queens from the left hand side. Shower was very small. Light switch by door either was broken or didn’t connect to anything, hair dryer in the bathroom did not work.
Beds was clean and comfortable, good available parking, and near tourist attractions, Cambria and the ocean.

We live two hours from the coast so we go all the time and we’ve stayed at almost all of the hotels in San Simeon and this one is the one we like the best! The restaurant is a little pricey but it’s good! We will come back
