Great, large clean room. Very comfortable stay. We had our dog with us and just to warn others, a £100 deposit is taken for a pet upfront. Overall, I would stay again stay here again.

Lovely garden to sit in and have a drink. Nice proximity to Faringdon. Rooms very clean.

The hotel really caters for big events etc. and was almost empty when I stayed. I only met the receptionist who was efficient, friendly and helpful. The hotel is very large and set in its own grounds and gardens. For my stay it was very quiet - I can't comment on when it is full and busy. However, my stay was during the latest heatwave and my bedroom was without air conditioning and uncomfortably hot. The public rooms were cool and comfortable and so I sat in the empty bar -not drinking - to read and write. Which was no great hardship as I am an elderly woman travelling alone.
I don't eat breakfast and was eating else where with family so I can't comment on the restaurant, but given the style of the hotel I would expect it to be good.
I will go back when I'm sure that it's quiet -and the weather's not hot.

Lovely, clean hotel. Plenty of parking. Staff are extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Too little clothes hanging & storage space in room, no wardrobe even though room large enough to accommodate it. Food was delicious, our stay was longer than a few days and change of menu would have been nice, or a specials menu as an option to chose from. Would highly recommend.
