Staff was incredibly helpful and kind. We were on the top floor so the stairs were a bit rough with our bags but thats how it will be sometimes, but something to note. All the amenties were great. The room got a bit hot but it was also a hot week.
Shower room floor flooded a few times but I believe that was because of the other guests, it was cleaned every day.

The place is truly a gem, right on th lake, super helpful and friendly staff, easy check-in and check-out. We had an amazing time. Bus stop is super close by, short 15 min ride to Interlaken and they provide you with a card to ride those buses for free.
There is a nice spacious kitchen on the ground floor and you can buy your food and eat there, they have a kettle, a microwave , cups, silverware and dishes, no stove though.
There is a washing machine and dryer free to use for guests which was so so helpful for our group of 6 people with kids. Bathrooms are in the hallway, clean, lots of towels, always hot water available.
There is a restaurant just in front of the hostel are restaurants around too.
We had the best time and there is absolutely nothing negative to say , I highly recommend this place.
