Rooms are clean and tidy despite old-fashioned. Room cleaning every other day.
Staffs are helpful. Breakfast is very adequate for a budget option.
I didn't drive so parking is a non-issue for me.
It can get a bit noisy at night due to proximity to bars, but not very serious. A central location is much more important.

Ask for a room off of the main road. There is a lot of road noise. There are window air conditioners. Kind of hard to share a room since both sinks are in the public area. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was great. Ice water available in the entry was a nice touch. Front desk staff were always super helpful and the breakfast staff members were also very nice.

Location is perfect if you're headed to a Padres game. Plenty to see, do and eat nearby.
