I really liked the staff and how accommodating they were to my needs. I requested certain things prior to visit and they delivered. When I was picking up my luggage in storage James allowed me to use the restroom. I have an incontinence problem and was desperate . It's little things like this that make a big impression on me. This was my second time with them. It was more stressful this time with hot weather and humidity. You can't really complain a lot because of the low price you are paying and them trying to provide you with best possible services

It’s a couple of blocks away from Padres/Petco Field. I’m a bigtime baseball fan. I now know how I’ll be spending a couple of home games with My Cubbies, Rockies & Dodgers!! My new reason for living.
Too many Stairs. I’m now a Senior. It’s difficult, add a ramp.
It was good to eat some food when waking. Rice crispies, bagels, sometimes 1/2 of an apple, come on. Use your imagination. 1 toaster, 2 slots.
Would like workers to be more identifiable. So many stairs.
