Staff were amazing, so friendly and great with our children. Breakfast was lovely, could not fault. Rooms were clean and bed very comfortable. Will definitely be staying again

Couldn't fault the hotel at all. We were only there for one night as we went to a gig at The Tivoli, but we were very impressed. All members of staff were polite, friendly and very helpful; they went above & beyond & couldn't do enough for us. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We had an evening meal which was very good, lovely food & excellent service. Breakfast was also excellent, great choice & hot items were all freshly cooked, hence a little wait for some items sometimes, but well worth the wait. Staff worked so hard & were very attentive. Would thoroughly recommend the hotel.
