Upon arrival, the desk clerk made a mistake with the payment method. We wanted to put the room on a different card but she seemed unsure how to do that and the payment ended up on the original card.
Upon checkout, a different desk clerk was able to fix that mistake and get the payment on the card we wanted.
The first clerk was quite apologetic, but it seemed that she was unsure of what she was doing. Perhaps more training is needed.
Everything else was fine.
