Staff were amazing, shout out to Rob in the bar, willing to go out of his way to provide excellent customer service. Friendly, knowledgeable and adaptable, creating a mocktail which was delicious and exactly what I had wanted. Unfortunately, these days, if something is not a quick fix then customer service often goes out of the window… not here! All staff were attentive and happy to acknowledge requests when necessary. Breakfast service was wonderful, great selection which was replenished regularly, prompt, polite service throughout. I do have one concern from a food hygiene perspective, flies were everywhere, buffet food (in my opinion) should be creatively covered. The room was lovely, bed was comfy, hairdryer and steamer were a great addition, as was the slippers and dressing gowns. Each room has a quality coffee machine and kettle with a well-stocked mini bar (extra charges for mini bar products) There are also some additional touches that make the stay extra special, radio and electric diffuser, nice selection of magazines, quality bathroom products and on arrival, delicious, home baked biccies from the kitchen. The peaceful grounds, secluded reading rooms and restaurant all create a relaxing ambience and the scenic views from the outdoor patios are a welcome sight to enjoy at all times of the day. Joyful! We will return!

We stayed one week in the Cottswald, and this was by far the nicest place we stayed. It was truly a resort experience. The grounds were gorgeous, and there were many indoor and outdoor seating areas including 3 posh lounges with different vibes. Reading, games and music/relaxing. Upscale Aromatherapy diffusers by each bedside! Dinner was best meal of our lives, and a lovely breakfast was included. The smart tv worked perfectly, and the staff was incredibly helpful. There was a helpful welcome brochure, and walking maps. The first day, We had a lovely walk to Edbrington.
Second day, we visited Hidcote gardens. We recommend both. The mini bar was stocked with goodies for purchase, and were provided with water, espresso, and hot chocolate. This luxury hotel is managed with a lot of love and attention to detail. Would stay again!

The perfect slice of the Cotswolds. Modern luxury and a cocktail menu to die for!! Don’t hesitate to book!!
