If you're visiting Queenstown, this is absolutely the best location. It is an easy walk to all the best restaurants and attractions. And the Thrifty car hire is right across the street. We stayed for a week. We hired a car for the last three days to do some day trips. We found overnight car parking on the street but you have to pay after 9am.
Some of the hotel's facilities need some work. In the laundry, 3 of the 6 machines were out of order. And the spa was out of action. We went to the outdoor hot pools up by the gondola.
We would definitely stay here next time if we come to Queenstown again.

Staff were all great. Breakfast was great. Valet service was great. Only negative would be the bathrooms are a bit outdated. Otherwise a great stay & we would recommend

We really enjoyed our stay at the Novotel Queenstown Lakeside overall. The room was cared for daily with clean towels(if needed) and bed made. The hotel itself is situated at the edge of the lake by a wonderful botanical garden. The staff was welcoming and helpful. We didn't need to interact with desk help much after check-in. definitely a great recommendation for staying in Queenstown.

The hotel was close to everything and within walking distance. The rooms were clean a little run down, but it was clean and comfortable and quiet at night. The breakfast was nice and hot.
