So central.
I had a private room at it was very private. If you don’t want to join in with everyone then you don’t have to. Lucy’s room.
Plants needed a water and a good feeding lol

I had just found out some serious medical prognosis and I rung them to discuss my options as I no longer could climb a ladder. I spoke to George who was compassion and kind in his response , following policies was fair but put my mind at ease. I found him to be professional, honest and thoughtful. When I turned up late arrival he and his team had gone to special efforts to make my stay comfortable. I was surprised after traveling in Europe how clean the bathroom and kitchen were. I was impressed. I also found the kitchen to be fully tidy clean and equipped and the dining area a great hang out and I met some wonderful humans. The staff were so helpful and professional.I really appreciated the lifts as an option. That there was a coffee shop next door and it’s right next to the bus stop for intercity buses. The staff really were so helpful and friendly.
That I didn’t know how many bathrooms were on each floor. I thought there was only one. But that was because I arrived after reception closed.
