loved the location and the beds are comfortable enough, and some good space to store stuff
The shower was a major disappointment. There was absolutely no water pressure when using hot water, although the pressure was perfectly fine with cold water. Unfortunately, a cold shower isn’t really practical in Queenstown in September!
I was also the only female in a six-bed dorm, and there were no hooks in the bathroom. This made changing quite difficult, as there was nowhere to hang or place your clothes. The bathroom is really the only practical place to change unless you are comfortable changing in front of the other guests.
Although the lockers provide good storage, it would be very helpful to have some shelving or additional storage space in the room, particularly for guests sleeping in the top bunks, as it is difficult to reach your belongings from the bed. It would also be great to have curtains on the bunk beds, as this would provide a little more privacy, especially in a shared six-bed dorm.

Location was excellent, to both the Remarks SkiBus and to the Bus Stop for Snow Machine.
Comfy bed & pillows.
Heater worked excellent. WiFi was excellent.
Late Check-In and early Check-Out was an absolute breeze.
Whole location was nice and quiet.
These are minor things that DIDN' affect my experience.
The shower head was cracked so at times when I turned it away, it fell off the spout 🤣
There was no TV in my room. Not that it really mattered since I was 🏂🍻

Location to Queenstown town center was great, less than a 5min walk.
Room and especially the bathroom reeked of cigarettes.
