I arrived at night time, opening the curtains to see Bob's Peak was a lovely start to the day.
No hand rail on the concrete steps had me a bit nervous, thankfully the steps weren't icy.

The kitchen facilities had everything that we needed. Plenty of space in the fridge. Walking distance to the centre of Qtown. Clean toilets/showers. The fire in the living room was great. Great people to talk with. There were 3 car parks, and off street parking. I would go back.
Hard to find at night as the sign isn't lite up. The room was a little small for two people. There is another bunk above the double bed, but I don't know if it would work for 3 people. But for 2 people it was manageable as the living room and kitchen were a good size and we spent most of the evening in the living room as we are chatty people.

The kitchen with ample cutlery , pots, pans, cooking facilities, and lots of kitchen towels. Boxes with labels are provided, making it easy to store food.
There’s very limited parking on site and on the street. Showers are not good enough, and the noise from the street traffic at night is annoying. There are still separate hot and cold taps in the bathroom.
