One of the nicest hotels with the best staff I have ever stayed at and far from the most expensive. My one critique is their 3rd party providers. The massages they offer are a 3rd party off site and werent great (especially for the price) and the car rental companies they reccomend add some hidden fees. Everything about the property, room and internal staff were top notch.

The welcome was very weird. It was all down to business. All give me your passports and your credit card details before we heard a "welcome to nobis" and got a welcome Cava.
Apart from that our stay was fine but I think there are enough good hotels in palma that we're unlikely to stay here a third time
