Quaint, clean and well situated . Enjoyed staying in a piece of victorian character. Staff were friendly , helpful and the breakfast was great.

We loved that Marketa's was 5 minutes walking to the Legislature and the Empress Hotel. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing!

A beautiful and quiet property in a beautiful and quiet neighbourhood. Great walkability to the Harbour and restaurants. Warm and friendly staff. A very home away from home feel. Will stay again.

Bed and breakfast properties are so much more comfortable and friendly than hotels. Each morning at breakfast, we met someone new and had a delightful chat. Our room was comfortable and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty, but might not be enough for someone with a hearty appetite.
