Haterleigh Heritage Inn was a delightful place to stay in if you like a bit of old-world charm rather than impersonal and soul-less modern hotel rooms! It is so convenient to walk into central Victoria, to restaurants to eat and the sea-front. Our bedroom was comfortable and I loved having a bath rather than a shower!! The breakfast was fantastic with a great choice of cooked food and continental style. Our host was most helpful too - and, fortunately, as it was Saturday night to Sunday we could park on the road rather than squeeze into the car park.

I liked the location, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Victoria, yet walking distance. I really liked our room which was large, with a comfortable king sized bed, and a single bed in a nook. The furnishings throughout the building were wonderful—very Victorian—and the breakfast was excellent!
The outside maintenance. Paint was peeling, and in the rooms it was also obvious that more maintenance was needed. Having said that they were clean.
