From the moment we checked in the staff greeted us with smiles and open hearts. Truly, one of the best customer service experiences we’ve ever had. Thank you for making our trip in Rotorua so memorable.

New owners, friendly staff, clean room, nice breakfast, property showing its age, hot tub very high in chlorine. Could not use properly. Pool was too cold to use.
Enjoyed complimentary snacks in room and fruit!

Excellent service, the staff were so friendly and helpful - special call out to Ivy who checked us in and was always on hand to help us with anything, thanks Ivy !!! Great location right on the lake and stunning views, would highly recommend !
