Good deal for the proximity to the beach and budget hotel. A hundred + dollars less than similar hotels with the same distance.
Larger towels and more pillows would be a good upgrade.

Nice no-frills place for a short stay. Inexpensive, friendly staff, clean rooms, good location. My biggest complaints would be the postage-stamp-sized bars of soap they provide, and no place to hang clothing in the small rooms.

The inn was close to the boardwalk and pier. Many things were in walking distance. There is an ebike rental shop about a minutewalk away, if you didn't want to walk nor drive everywhere. With the inn being in a busy area, it was pretty quiet and peaceful. The room, for the most part, was clean. I did find a long hair strand that clearly wasn't mine, other than that everything was decent.
