We loved the breakfast. It was delicious 😋. The pool was great and the perfect size. The playground and farm animals were a big hit with my 4 year old daughter. She loved it. The hotel should have a elevator from 1st floor to second floor of the hotel for the people that cant walk it. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash weren't great but it was ok we had our own. I did have to ask for towels for the morning. If you go swimming and take a shower afterwards there wasnt enough towels to take a shower the next morning.
I recommended this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Lancaster. Overall I highly recommend it.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Walking distance to the Sight & Sound theatre. Very clean and lots of food variety. Comfortable atmosphere. Outdoor pool and a couple little variety shops. We enjoyed the stay very much.
