We really enjoyed our stay. The host was super friendly and attentive. He provided a lot of recommendations. Will definitely stay here again, if we ever find ourselves in Napoli again. Saw lots of comments about the AC unit, but we didn’t find any issues with it.

Well, the place was actually very convenient—in a great location and very clean. I highly recommend it. The only things I didn't like were that one morning we weren't notified that the water was off, so I couldn't shower (the water finally came back on later, just as I had gotten ready and was leaving the hotel), and another day the elevator wasn't working. But aside from that, the staff were very friendly, and the place itself was very clean and lovely. I truly recommend it 100%; it is a very cozy place, and I really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely stay here again if I were to visit Rome in the future. Once again, I give this place my 100% recommendation.

Great location and wonderful staff. We received some extra attention and assistance when we really had a specific need. Can't say enough about the helpful and kind staff. The room was clean and spacious and the bed to my liking. A great stay and can highly recommend.
