The room, the balcony, the location and all the places to eat with in a block or two.. it was very easy to navigate the city from this location. Easy access to get in and out of the private entrance..the staff at the deli below where easy to work with to get you into the room. The lift was a big plus for us.
There was not one thing that I would want to improve on. It was just perfect for our stay.

The location was ok and the person who showed us to the room was nice, it was clean but the room was tiny. Breakfast looked nice in the cafe but we didn't eat there. It was in walking distance to some attractions which was useful and it was not far and the main station.
The separate bathroom was too small to move around in. The room was clean enough but the bed was smaller than a standard double and was not comfortable. No European plugs in the room which was inconvenient. It would have been fine for a single person for a night or two but I would not recommend this room for more than one person.
