I really liked the location, as it was central but not in the most crazy part of touristic Rome. Access to the room was in the end easier than I´d envisioned it, and the room size was great, not too small, as budget hotel rooms in big tourist cities often are.

It was pretty close to the main historic attractions such as the Colosseum and the forum. And it wasn't far from those to the Pantheon or Trevi Fountain. In addition, to being very close to the train station. Excellent location. Especially for a single traveler. I liked the size of the room. There was plenty of room for the large bed. There was a coffee pod maker for espresso in the morning and water replaced daily. There was a electric kettle for hot water and tea. Since I had a very active trip I really appreciated these touches. The room was made up daily. The bathroom was good as well. I am a much larger guy so the additional room was much appreciated. It was clean.

It was within walking distance of Roma Termini and all major attractions.
There were 49 steps up to our room. Carrying luggage for what was in all a 2 1/2 weeks made it very difficult for a 76-year old couple. Definitely not the place for someone with mobility issues.
