Great rental for a trip to PEC. Condo was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Liked having a patio table and chairs with privacy. Great location with a short walk or drive to town.

The property condition and your price were fine. We booked through Expedia and paid $37 per day too much.
There were two serious problems.
The kitchen had no utensils unless they were in the drawer which was jammed. We didn’t need them in any case but your next guess may.
There are no chests of drawers in the facility. This problem was a serious inconvenience for us.
Otherwise we found the suite to be excellent.
