The Delfin is a beautiful modern hotel and restaurant on the waterfront in Rovinj. This was just an overnight stop on our itinerary, but we wished we had stayed in Rovinj and this hotel longer. Other than a tiny elevator, the hotel design and facilities are top-notch, and the staff were super helpful. Very good breakfast. If you come by car, parking could be challenging.

Staff was very polite (the most polite from our entire trip) and very helpful. The location and the view were both amazing. They made our trip to Croatia worth it! The breakfast was also great.
