The hotel is clean and in good condition, and the kitchen staff serving breakfast were friendly; however, the receptionist was rude when I checked in—their service was not the best.

This hotel is the best I’ve stayed in in Manhattan, NY over the years. Everything is just right and just what we need as travelers. The hotel is new and well maintained. Room is spacious. Bed is super comfy. Elevators are fast. The kitchenette is a plus. And the price is right. I’m coming back to Element Times Square.

I recommend this property to all the reason is all the attraction is nearby most of them is within walking distance, I got a package deal from Expedia two rooms for 4 nights with returned airfare accomodation buffet breakfast and coffe water fruits are available in the property 24 hours that is a plus.
Love to stay again and also recommending to this location for future vacatuion,
get the Expedia app and save.
Thanks to the Management of the hotel and all the staff they were very caring and to see great smiles on their faces make our day.

Great location, very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to all the Broadway shows, Penn Station, and the bus terminal. Free breakfast is excellent.
