Our stay at Quinta Da Foz was amazing. Room was very clean. It's a beautiful centuries old traditional family home that really brings you back in time. The tour and attention Francisco provides is awesome. Breakfast is served by his mother at the family table with a lit wood burning fireplace. Loved our stay here.

We had a great stay at Quinta da Foz. The place is very unique, with history dating back to 16th century. The owner of the place was very welcoming and gave us a private tour around the house. The stay included a breakfast, and we were treated every day to local delicacies and homemade pastries. Delicious!

We absolutely loved staying in the old priest house. The balcony overlooking the rear garden was a wonderful place to relax in the evening and first thing in the morning. The room was spacious and beautiful. The historical aspect of the house and Francisco's sharing of his family history along with a tour of the family art work was amazing. The chapel is beautiful. We loved the peacocks, goats and sheep in the rear garden and enjoyed meeting the baby ducklings, donkey and horse. Excellent parking facilities. Staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The only thing that could have improved our stay would be a fan and small fridge in the bedroom . Regardless, we'd still give it a 5/5 overall. The fan and fridge would make it 6/5!
