For the price point and the over all infrastructure of the property - with the eye for detail what cam as a surprise was the following, A) There was no tea or coffee facility in the room. B) basic such as a cookie or even a biscuit wasn’t available with the tea service.C) even water was charged, which really unusual when the quality of water is poor.D) we asked for an extra helping of fruit in the afternoon and we were told that this was not possible.
I guess we are just used to a different level and quality of service in Asia
