Clean, kitchen had everything that was needed. Sea views. Staff so helpful, above and beyond what was expected. Use of hot tub, swimming pool, sauna, turkish steam room and gym. Even a playroom for kids.
Only issue was that the laundry was really expensive. A washing machine available to guests would have been useful even with a charge.

Personel was very helpfull and friendly, check-in took literally 3 minutes. Swimming pool was with warm water and clean at all times of approx. 36•C, our children admired it. The property is not brand new, some traces of use are to be noticed in the kitchen, on the terrarie etc., but all in all you get good quality for fair money, especially if you are a big family of 5-6. Car is a must if you want to go visit Sete Sedades, Grotto Inferno, Mosteiros and other sights in the western part of Sao Miguel. However there is also a sea bath a walking distance (300-400 meters) from the property, the n a plain sight of an Elephant cliff.
