Absolutely charming property, pub and the upstairs lodging. Comfortable bed and deep tub. Excellent food though service is leisurely- dinner was world class.

A very pleasant stay at āThe Carpsā.
Very pleasant, helpful, friendly staff.
The room was very pleasant with a comfortable bed and roomy shower room.
The room layout reflects the history of the property with a couple of shallow steps between the bedroom and shower.
We stayed for dinner and were rewarded by a tasty meal. A good selection of vegetarian options. Our usual habit of swapping plates half though very much went by the board.
Breakfast was very good with both millennial and traditional dinners accounted for.
A fantastic place to stay.
