Beautiful traditional beer garden. Great steak for dinner. Very comfortable period room. Lovely breakfast. Most importantly very relaxed, helpful and friendly staff- looking forward to a return visit.

Friendly helpful staff. Really good breakfast. Lovely spot in the Somerset countryside. Expensive taxi ride from Bath but got the bus in the next morning which took a while but only £3!

An absolute gem of a find. We booked for my birthday at the end of last year, loved it so much, went back this last weekend for our anniversary. The quiet location, the lovely food, the friendly staff, all make for a really gorgeous overnight treat. Whilst last time we stayed in the four poster bed room, we opted for the balcony room this time. It was a little tired and in need of some TLC but none the less, it was a lovely stay.

Welcoming and friendly staff, clean and cozy rooms. Really could have asked for better service and food in the morning … overall AMAZING! Certainly recommend and can’t wait until I’m in the area so I can book again!
