The location was good. Very close to the train station. The hotel was on busy road but apart from the odd ambulance siren I could not hear much traffic noise.
The bed was comfortable but the duvet could have been wider as little give to be able to cover two people especially being above average size!!!
The hash browns for breakfast seemed under cooked. The restaurant didn't have enough table and chairs. Too many high stools to sit on for breakfast.

Location was great. Adjacent car park. Staff were very polite and genuine. Rooms were clean, freah towels and Dove toiletries.
There was no hot water. One of the boilers had broken the receptionist casually informed is after we checked in- but it should have been ok at non- peak times- but it was never warm and apparently wont be fixed for three weeks- so no shower- and no offer of a reduction in price. And the air conditioning unit constantly made a noise. Really disappointed
