Extremely comfortable, well lit, good water pressure, well ventilated and good atmosphere at the hotel.
The air con decided to turn off as it pleased rarely staying on for longer than 1min.

Lovely helpful staff, super comfy beds. Great location for access to M4 and M5.
Old TV in my room had no access to guest services and no alternative info was provided, this is such an easy thing to fix and yet it wasn't done.. Shower was so narrow I could not relax in it and had to be very careful whilst washing my hair - I am 5'4" and not a sturdy build so that is not great.

Reception staff were friendly on check in and out. The room was spacious, clean with big single beds and quality, fresh linen. Towels were plentiful and good quality. Breakfast was very good; excellent selection of hot and cold food. Hot food was actually hot, not warm. Staff were helpful, clearing tables quicky after each plate was empty.
£8 to park the car.
Swimming pool closes at 8 at the weekend, exactly when people want to use it later as they're on a weekend away.

Not impressed
Orders were not delivered exactly. Took repeated phone calls to even get a breakfast menu, and not just on one day but two consecutive days.
