This was a nice place however they didnt tell us that there was contruction next to it. So every morning we woke up to loud sounds of boats dropping off items and workers talking loudly and honking for no reason. The lobby where you check in is not where the listing is at. We got off at Rialto and had to pass a bridge with steps and lift up and down our heavy bags just to learn that the property address is not where we would be so after checking in, we had to cross the bridge and lift our bags up and down again.
Some towels had a stain on it. Night stands had dirty marks on them that would not go away with wipes.
The place is on first floors and windows open to the canals and you barely get any sun inside.
The photos they showed us in the lobby looked different than the room they gave us.
The entrance door had some issues and opening and closing was not smooth.
AC works well. Staff were nice. It is walkable to landmarks. Washer worked well

Absolutely the best stay. Right on one of the canals. The terrace was a great place to relax. Rooms and kitchen were clean and appropriately sized. The hotel staff was very helpful at check in and also helping to schedule a water taxi pick up when it was time to head to the airport. I highly recommend the apartment.
